To ensure the successful peer to peer transfer of the good practice, a series of activities will be implemented utilizing the established through training roles of Mentors, Guides and Coaches to connect with Roma students of the targeted schools, with the educational communities of the local areas and local communities. The impact of the Peer-to-Peer paradigm will be assessed

Actions for the good practice transfer:

1. Selection of 50 Roma students of the targeted schools – Mentees, with the participation of 15 selected teachers

2. Relate Roma students of the “forste school” and the targeted schools

  • 300 mentoring sessions
  • 10 role-modelling sessions
  • 2 group sessions for each targeted school
  • 10 Mentees’ visits to the “foster school”
  • Publication of the «ThePeer2PeerJourney» including the testimonials of 50 Roma students (Mentors and Mentees) regarding their participation in the intervention

3. Relate educational communities of the forster school and the targeted schools

  • Conducting 1 initial and 7 regular Workshops with the participation of the 15 selected teachers of the targeted schools (Tutors) and the support of 5 “Coaches”
  • Design of Work Plan

4. Relate local societies with a focus on Roma and non Roma parents of the “foster school” and the targeted schools

  • Creation of 2 groups of Roma and non Rom parents per participating school
  • Conduction of a Workshop with the participation of members of the two groups per participating school to empower the members of the groups in promoting active and equal inclusive school culture
  • Organization of 10 consultation meetings with the participation of members of the local societies, including the Roma communities, to prevent and combat Roma school drop-out
